Certificate of Occupancy
In New Jersey, building officials are required to inspect all homes, apartments and commercial buildings prior to tenants or owners taking up residence. If they do not pass the Certificate of Occupancy inspection, the residences cannot be sold. If you are preparing to sell your home or business, make an appointment with one of our licensed NJ contractors and let us do the repairs. They are fully insured and bonded in the state of New Jersey.
